The terms that apply when you use this website or buy a vehicle from C4U NZ.

This website is operated by C4U NZ, trading as CAR4U, a registered motor vehicle trader in New Zealand. By using this website you accept these terms.
We take care to describe our vehicles accurately, but listings are a guide only. Odometer readings, specifications, features, colours and images are provided in good faith and may contain errors or omissions. Images may show accessories or trim not included in the sale.
Vehicles are offered subject to availability and may be sold, reserved or withdrawn at any time without notice. A listing is an invitation to enquire, not an offer to sell, and no contract exists until a sale agreement is signed by both parties.
We recommend you inspect any vehicle and arrange an independent mechanical inspection before you buy. We will always make a vehicle available for that.
Prices shown are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Unless stated otherwise a price excludes on-road costs, registration and delivery. Prices and availability may change without notice, and we may correct errors at any time before a sale agreement is signed.

Where you buy a vehicle as a consumer, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 gives you guarantees that cannot be excluded - including that the vehicle is of acceptable quality and fit for purpose. Nothing on this website limits those rights.
Those guarantees do not apply where you buy for the purposes of a business, or where you have been told about a specific fault before purchase and have accepted the vehicle on that basis.
Every vehicle we offer for sale carries a Consumer Information Notice, which sets out the vehicle’s details and whether there is money owing on it. Please read it before you commit to a purchase.
Repayment figures shown on this website are estimates only and are not an offer of finance. Your actual repayments depend on the lender, the interest rate and term you are approved for, your deposit and any fees. All finance is subject to lender approval and credit criteria.
We are not a lender. Where you ask us to, we pass your application to the finance providers we work with, and they decide whether to lend and on what terms. Your rate, fees and total cost of credit are set by the lender, not by us, and are disclosed to you by the lender before any contract is signed.
Any trade-in figure we give from an online form is an indicative estimate based on the information you provide. It is not an offer. A firm valuation requires a physical inspection and is subject to confirmation of title and of any money owing on the vehicle.
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. Do not attempt to interfere with its operation, extract data by automated means, or submit false information through our forms. Content on this site, including our images and text, belongs to us and may not be reproduced without permission.
We aim to keep the site available and accurate but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. Links to other websites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.

These terms are governed by New Zealand law and the New Zealand courts have exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here is the one that applies.
